What the replacement guarantee is and how it works

Even careful screening can’t give a 100% guarantee that a person will be a perfect fit for your particular family. That’s why we offer a replacement guarantee.

How it works

If a candidate isn’t the right fit, we place one new candidate free of charge within the year, whenever you ask — with no second agency fee.

A year is not an arbitrary window: that is how long it takes to see how someone behaves outside the first few “best behaviour” weeks — through a child’s illness, a holiday, a house move.

The guarantee is already part of the placement fee; there is nothing extra to pay for it.

Support doesn’t end at placement

We stay in touch after a candidate starts working: we help them settle into the family and resolve any disputes that come up.
