How we vet a candidate
Vetting runs in several stages. Some of them we do ourselves, before we show you a candidate. Others happen at your request and under your supervision.

We hold it when a candidate registers with us — before they enter our database.

Blacklist check
After registration we check the candidate against the blacklists of domestic staff agencies.

Reference check
The candidate gives us contacts of previous employers; we call them and verify the references.

Criminal record certificate
The candidate provides it at the client's request.

Polygraph
The candidate takes a polygraph test at the client's request and under their supervision.

Trial period
After the first days of work you decide for yourself whether the candidate is right for you.
