How long does a placement take?
You receive the first candidate profiles on the day you reach out. We start straight away: we clarify your family's needs in a short call and show you 3–5 vetted candidates for your request. How long the rest takes depends on the interviews and your decision.
How do you vet candidates?
We check documents, references from previous employers and actual experience. Every candidate goes through a personal interview before we introduce them to you. We only present people we have vetted ourselves.
What happens if the candidate is not a good fit?
The replacement guarantee applies: if a person does not work out, we find a new one at no extra agency fee within 1 year.
Do you help with visas and relocation paperwork?
No. Visas, work permits and other paperwork are handled by visa centres and specialist lawyers — that is not what we do. We are responsible for finding a vetted candidate and for supporting you after they start working.
What languages do candidates speak?
All candidates speak Ukrainian and Russian, so there is no language barrier with children or elderly family members. Depending on the category, many also speak English.
Which roles do you place?
Nannies and governesses, housekeepers, caregivers and cooks. Each category has its own page with duties and languages in the Services section.
Which countries do you work in?
We work with families across Europe. The site has pages for France, Germany, Czechia, the United Kingdom and Ireland; if your country is not listed, write to us and we will check what is possible.
Does the candidate live in or come for a few hours?
Both formats are possible, from hourly care to live-in. We agree the schedule at the enquiry stage so that we shortlist candidates who match your routine from the start.
How do we meet the candidate?
We shortlist 3–5 candidates and arrange online interviews. You meet each of them and choose the one who feels right. Once the candidate starts working, we stay in touch.
How much do your services cost?
The cost depends on the staff category, the working schedule, the country and your requirements for languages and experience. We quote a precise figure after a short call, once we understand the task. See the Pricing page for details.
