How the price is formed
Our fee is calculated from the salary of the candidate we find, and the salary itself depends on the brief. Below is what goes into each.
The base fee is one month of the candidate’s salary
It is a one-off payment for the placement. The salary you pay the person directly every month; the agency you pay once. The fee covers vetting the candidate, the personal interviews, arranging the introduction to your family and one free replacement within the year.
This is the baseline: depending on the brief the fee can be higher or lower. We name the exact figure after a short call.
What drives the final figure
Staff category
A nanny, housekeeper, caregiver or cook — the requirements for experience and qualifications differ.
Schedule and format
Live-in, full-time or a few hours a week — these are different placement tasks.
Country and city
Labour market conditions in Berlin, Paris and London differ, and that affects the candidate’s salary too.
Languages and experience
English, experience with a particular age group, work with special needs — the narrower the brief, the longer the search.
