Live-in nanny
Lives in the house and works to the family's schedule. A format for parents who travel a lot or keep irregular hours.
Part-time nanny
Comes for a few hours a day or a few days a week: school pick-up, walks, an evening with the child.

Vetting runs in several stages. Some of them we do ourselves, before we show you a candidate. Others happen at your request and under your supervision.

Common questions about finding a nanny
How fast will you find a nanny?
First profiles reach you the day you get in touch: the pool is built in advance and the candidates have already been interviewed. After that the timing depends on how quickly you review the profiles and hold the meetings.
Can I hire a Russian-speaking nanny abroad?
Yes, that is our main focus. Every candidate speaks Ukrainian and Russian; the languages our nannies work in are Ukrainian, Russian and English. Your child will not have to adjust to a foreign language at home.
How do you vet a nanny before showing her to us?
The in-person interview at registration and the check against domestic staff agency blacklists we do ourselves. References from previous employers we verify through the contacts the candidate provides. A criminal record certificate and a polygraph test are done at your request.
What if the nanny is not a fit?
There is a trial period in the first days of work — you decide for yourself whether the person suits you. If the nanny turns out not to be a fit later, we replace her once free of charge within the year.
How much does your nanny placement cost?
The base fee is one month of the salary you agree with the nanny. It is a one-off payment for the placement — the salary itself you pay her directly every month. Depending on the schedule, the country and your requirements the fee can be higher or lower.
Who handles the documents and the visa for the nanny?
Paperwork for entry and employment abroad is handled by the family. We are responsible for finding and vetting the candidate.
