How we handle personal data and what rights you have.

Who processes your data
The data controller is Domestic Staff Global (“we”), a domestic staff placement agency. For any question about data processing, contact us at info@domestic-staff.org or on +38 (068) 379 95 45.
What we collect
Through the forms on this site you provide:
- your name — so we know how to address you;
- your phone number — so we can contact you;
- a description of your request — what staff your family needs, or, if you are a candidate, details of your experience.
We do not ask for payment details, passport details or other sensitive information through this site. Please do not enter such data in free-text fields.
Why we use it
- to contact you and clarify your request;
- to match candidates to your family's requirements;
- if you are a candidate — to consider your application.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We do not use your data for marketing mailings unless you have separately agreed to that, and we do not sell it to third parties.
Who we share it with
The forms on this site run through Web3Forms, which delivers the form content to our working inbox and acts as a data processor. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; the hosting provider processes technical request data, including your IP address, to protect against attacks and keep the site running.
We introduce candidates to families only to the extent needed for the placement, and only with the candidate's agreement.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers and they receive the IP address of that request.
How long we keep it
Family enquiries are kept until the placement is complete and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can honour the replacement guarantee. Candidate profiles are kept for as long as the candidate is interested in working through us. We delete data earlier on request.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- request erasure (“the right to be forgotten”);
- restrict or object to processing;
- withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal;
- lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@domestic-staff.org. We respond within 30 days.
