Language matters

It’s important for a child to hear their native language at home, especially in the first months abroad. That’s why we place staff who speak fluent Ukrainian and Russian, and English when needed.

Interview questions

• What experience do they have with children of this age?
• How does the nanny handle conflict situations?
• Are they ready for a live-in schedule with the family?

Screening is mandatory
