Working with families abroad

We place staff with families across Europe. If you have experience and are ready to work in a private home, tell us about yourself.

Who we are looking for

Nanny

Care for children of any age, live-in or hourly.

Housekeeper

Cleaning, cooking and home care from tidy, reliable professionals.

Caregiver

Attentive care for elderly people and those who need support.

Cook

Home-style, healthy cooking tailored to your family's taste and routine.

Governess

Learning and development: school curriculum, languages, school readiness.

Driver

A family driver: school, work and trips — punctual and discreet.

Domestic couple

Two vetted people for the whole property: household, grounds and repairs.

Wardrobe manager

An ordered wardrobe: garment care, seasonal storage, packing for trips.

House manager

One person accountable for the whole household: staff, budget and contractors.

Gardener

A well-kept garden all year round: plants, lawn and seasonal work.

What we check

We only introduce candidates we have vetted ourselves. That protects the family and you alike: you arrive to people who already know who they are expecting.

  • Documents confirming identity and qualifications
  • References from previous employers
  • Actual experience: which families and children you worked with
  • A personal interview — every candidate goes through one

How the process works

  • You submit the form on this page
  • We get in touch and hold an interview
  • We offer you suitable families and discuss the terms
  • You meet the family online and make your decision
  • Once you start working, we stay in touch

What to prepare

  • A short summary of your experience: how many years, with whom
  • Contacts for references
  • Your language levels — Ukrainian, Russian, English
  • The format that suits you: live-in or hourly

Please note: we do not handle visas or work permits — that is the job of visa centres and specialist lawyers. We are responsible for the placement and for support after you start working.
